I stayed in this hotel on the first day of the Chinese New Year and I really want to complain about it. First, we checked into the deluxe jungle family room. There was only a little hot water in the bathtub. We contacted the engineer but he said it couldn't be fixed. It took nearly an hour from contacting the front desk to changing rooms. First of all, we called the front desk and they said there were no other family rooms and they wanted to upgrade us to a deluxe executive king-size bed. But considering Ctrip's prices, this was not an upgrade but a downgrade. Then, we went to the front desk to negotiate a change of accommodation, and found a vacant deluxe jungle king room. During the confirmation process, a guest ran over in a hurry and said that fireworks had caused the dead leaves to burn 🔥, and the fire needed to be extinguished 🧯. On the first day of the new year, the hotel was almost fully booked. There was only one staff member in the lobby, who was completely overwhelmed, and the security personnel were not in place for about fifteen minutes, which made people very worried about their ability to respond to emergencies. After much difficulty moving to a new room, the hygiene conditions, especially the bathroom, were very bad: there were a lot of hard lime chips on the floor, which seemed to come from the seams between the bathtub and the floor. There was hair on the floor and small spider bodies on the carpet. The next day, I took my kids to the playground. Overall, the playground was very large and fun, but the sanitation was still terrible and you couldn’t look closely at any corner.

之前看過評論，知道這個酒店的房間有點味道，知道酒店的小童樂園空調效果不好，知道酒店地理位置偏僻，知道酒店服務不怎麼樣，以為衹是個別住户如此覺得，何況我們就住一天，感覺不到吧。結果證明，住前看評論很有必要，評論都是真的

房間不錯。但是過道還是有點新裝修的味道，可能去的確實淡季。沒什麼人啊小童樂園很大。早餐都是點餐式的。
